VOTE BY MAIL - Mail in ballots will be accepted from February 5, 2026, to March 16, 2026.

Post Marking Letters Change: 

• The USPS has clarified that the postmark date now reflects the first automated processing operation at the USPS facility, NOT the date the mail was dropped off. 
• This change means that the date on the postmark may be later than the date the mail was actually mailed.
• To ensure a postmark on the date of delivery, individuals must enter the post office to receive the delivery date postmark.

Grassmere, Haverton, and Oaksbury (GHO) Drainage Improvements Project: For many years, the Village has experienced flooding on Haverton Way, IL 59, Grassmere Farms, and in the Oaksbury Subdivisions during heavy rain events. The updated project status is available on our website.

cuba township 2025-2026 firewood friday schedule

Dates for the Firewood pick-up are: 2/20, 3/6 & 3/20

If you have a tag, bring it at pickup time. If you do not have a tag, contact Sue at 847-381-7793 and register your name and address. 

Pickup begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. or when supply ends.

*Firewood pickup is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions.
