Village Hall Summer Hours

Beginning Friday, May 22, 2026, Memorial Day weekend, the following summer office hours will apply until Labor Day, September 7, 2026.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

mosquito abatement services

On Friday, June 19, 2026, Clarke will conduct proactive mosquito control efforts by applying granules by helicopter to several water sources within the Village shown on the map to the left, weather permitting.

In addition, Village residents can use the Clarke Portal Hotline to report standing water, report high mosquito activity, and sign up for notifications about future adult mosquito control activities in the Village.

Grassmere, Haverton, and Oaksbury (GHO) Drainage Improvements Project: For many years, the Village has experienced flooding on Haverton Way, IL 59, Grassmere Farms, and in the Oaksbury Subdivisions during heavy rain events. The updated project status is available on our website.
