Brush Pick Up - Spring 2026
The next Village pick up will be the week of April 13th. Please call Sue at Cuba Township (847-381-7793) by April 10th, 2026 and supply your name, address and phone number. The guidelines are as follows (if pick-up exceeds these guidelines, it WILL NOT be picked up):
- The diameter of branches needs to be less than 8”, no wider than 10’ (looking at it from the street), 4’ high, and 5’ deep
- No root balls, stumps, decorative grasses, leaves or yard waste
- One pile per household / neatly stacked

Grassmere, Haverton, and Oaksbury (GHO) Drainage Improvements Project: For many years, the Village has experienced flooding on Haverton Way, IL 59, Grassmere Farms, and in the Oaksbury Subdivisions during heavy rain events. The updated project status is available on our website.
